Today Fed ex dropped off this great big cardboard box outside my door. I knew the new coffee cups I ordered yesterday could not take up so much room but it was the cups. Apparently there had been some complaints about packaging last year,(see other reviews)and I almost did not buy them were it not for the great care Amazon has about insuring things get corrected. I took a chance and ordered them , and I am happy to report this shipping issue seems to have been resolved. Inside the large box filled to brim with penuts was a smaller box nestled in the center that contained the cups. They arrived safe and sound will all cups intact.
The artwork on the cups is great, and I am drinking coffee in one as I write this.
These will be a great additon to my home.

Beautiful
These mugs are beautiful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that they're HUGE.......when full of coffee, they're very heavy.
