1. Color Different Than Pictures
So the main reason I got these was for the blue color. I just bought a Keurig that's black and silver with a blue LCD screen. I wanted blue mugs to match the screen and blue light in the water tank. In the pictures they look bright cobalt blue. The mugs I received are more of a cornflower or periwinkle blue. Definitely not happy. In addition, they all have minor imperfections. Yellow parts where they were not entirely painted over the base ceramic, and some rough spots and even some dents in the ceramic.

Nice size and shape, I like the black inside, but definitely not what I expected.

2. Good cup
Good cup for coffee, comfortable handle. The only thing I would change is the inside color - from black to white or cream color. Black on the inside makes it difficult to see how full the cup gets in low light.

RUSSET COLOR EQUALS REDDISH NOT RUSTY-BROWN TONE!
I really like the weight of this mug and the placement of the handle. It's a good size too. My only complaint is the russet color is not a rusty-brown; it's not a brownish-orange tone in any way. The color falls is the red family! I returned this set and purchased the sand beige instead. I hope the color isn't too bland.

Part II: I received the sand beige set. Unfortunately, one mug had a black stain on the handle so I returned. FYI - This color is a light YELLOW-tone not a neutral beige tone. I give up!
