Nice mug but beware they are not 16 ounce capacity. They only have a 14.5 to 15 ounce capacity.
This may not be a problem for you unless you are like me and have a coffee pot that makes a 14 ounce cup of coffee and you like a little cream and sugar in your coffee like I do. I order this mug because I wanted a full 16 ounce capacity and did not get it.

Great cups!
My favorite cups as of yet, I bought 4 and then ordered 4 more because they were very nice, thick porcelain walls with a little curve, the kind u might get in a fancy coffee shop or diner. May be they are not exactly 16oz but that makes no difference to me. Also, I had them for several months already, heavy daily use + dishwasher and none cracked so far. The only thing I didn't like (but easy to fix) - bottom was not 100% smooth and I was concerned it might scratch the marble countertop so I took some sand paper and smoothed it out. Otherwise great product, no complains!
