1. I like hot things hot
I've sipped coffee from a mug for years, always traipsing back to the microwave periodically to warm it up again. This resulted in coffee that was sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold, and rarely just right.
Klean Kanteen is a fantastic insulator, and keeps my coffee just about right for a very long time. I will never part with it.
2. Best travel mug ever!
I know others have said it does not keep their beverage hot but I can only think that maybe their vacuum seal was defective.
I have not gone as far as measuring the temperature with a thermometer but this mug sustains the temperature for more than 3 hours! And that is with the sipping lid.
