1. Not microwave safe
Love the styling of these lightweight glass coffee mugs, comfortable to hold and they keep my specialty drink nice and hot. I was surprised by the included instructions that they are not microwave safe. Who knew glass couldn't be used in the microwave?

2. If you like the taste and feel of plastic
These cups are just okay. They look exactly as pictured - but - they are like drinking from a plastic cup, They do not feel like glass: to the touch nor to the lips. I will be giving away to charity unless I find a good reason to keep them. They only somewhat keep the coffee warm, but, again, you will have to like drinking from plastic.

I really like the base of these.
The bottom gives the glass a lot more stability. I purchased some taller double lined glasses, and due to the light weight they tend to tip very easily and break. These have been holding up fine. Just remember to hand wash them and don't drop ice from an ice-maker or you will break them. They are great for not sweating and you can safely use them without coasters for hot or cold. Some have complained that they don't retain heat. I found that they do quite well if you put something like a flat coaster over the top to keep the heat in.
