This Mugs give to us some advantages, good reviews already proving the quality of this product, like this :
1. Repeat offender
The good news is that the mugs are more beautiful than pictured. The bad news is mine also came with one mug with a broken handle. It was easy to see why - the packing noodles came up to only half the box, giving the fragile mugs plenty of room to rattle around. I called the company and they will replace it - after I send a photo of the broken item to the email address on the receipt. The seller was nice enough, but can we make things more difficult? At least they are replacing it - some will simply forget you. Please someone at amazon get word to this seller that good packing saves them money!

2. Beware
Coffee Mugs are nice; however, there is no protective packing in box. Breakage is
almost a certainty. (Order 'refundable', but, not replaceable.)One of the two mugs arrived 'broken', but
I will settle for that. "One" is better than none. After reading other reviews, I hope this problem is resolved in the future.

Nice product
These mugs were "Fulfilled by Amazon" and I'm a Prime member, so shipping was at the warp speed I have become accustomed to. Packaging was adequate as the mugs arrived undamaged. They also arrived in the little black box as pictured. In fact, they were exactly as advertised. Another reviewer stated they were a bit lighter than he thought they would be, but mine are actually a bit darker (a deeper blue) than the picture.
