1. proportion a little off
I broke one washing it for the first time. For the money these are all right mugs, nice shape. Proportion-wise the handle is a bit small and slim for the weight of the mug. I planned to try one set and buy more but no.
2. 12 ounce mugs
we received a single cup coffee maker for Christmas. Since the cups I currently own were either too small or too large I decided to treat us with just the right size mugs

Horrible Shipment
When I received this shipment, all of the mugs were broken because the company did not insulate the package at all. The mugs were just put in a box, and along the shipping process, the mugs broke. Someone else's review said that when they received theirs, they were also broken. I just thought that was bad luck, so I bought them anyway, but mine turned out the same way.
