1. Love these mugs!
Beautiful, roomy, nice wide comfortable handles, these mugs are just what I wanted and match up with my previously purchased Marrakech set of Maxwell and Williams mugs. One weird thing is that these are described as being 13 oz while the Marrakech set are 15.5 oz yet there appears to be no discernible difference between the two sets. No matter - I'm happy!

2. Beautiful But Not Worth The Aggravation
Have been looking for mugs like these for a long time - was excited to find them. When they arrived the item box itself had a corner smashed so it should have been inspected. One mug had a hairline crack running thru part of it - sent them back & received replacements. They were worse than the first batch. One was completely broken in half from top to bottom as if someone sawed it in half and two others had huge chunks chipped off, can't remember what was wrong with the fourth one since it was awhile ago. They were not put in their item box firmly, they were just floating around in it. Don't know who packs and ships these out but they need to be retrained. How anyone could have sent these out the way they were is unbelievable. Amazon items are always packed like crap but this was crazy. Don't people have pride in their work - a job is a job - no matter what kind it is - do it well.
I sent these back also. We don't have a UPS drop-off in our small town that accepts...
