1. These are good mugs
After a few accidents, I had a need to replace some mugs I had bought at linen and things years ago. Linen and Things no longer sold them. These match perfectly and appear to be made as well as the original ones.
2. Am puzzled ...
I ordered these mugs to add to the white Waechtersbachs that I already own because I have found those mugs to be ideal in size, shape, weight, and handle proportion. Unfortunately, these new guys are not identical to my originals. And while the variations are certainly not dramatic (i.e. the new ones are only slightly heavier), I was disappointed that I didn't receive the product I expected.

Great mugs
These mugs are a delight to have. They hold at least 12 oz and are great for my pour over coffee. Despite all this, they're not cheap.
