1. Handle is only problem...
On a quest for the "perfect" mug I ordered this set. It's pretty close to ideal for my needs, I like a sturdy mug that holds a lot and is taller rather than wide because the coffee seems to stay hot longer with that design. This is pretty close to perfect...nice and sturdy, wider smooth rim feels comfortable on your mouth. My only complaint is the handles...you can only fit two fingers in them and when the mug is full of coffee it makes the two fingers in the handle start to ache slightly. I compared it to the Thomas O'Brien mugs with a similar shape. I must say, I like the body of the Konitz better, but with the O'Brien you can get three fingers in the handle. If I could a mug with the Konitz body and the Thomas O'Brien shaped handles I think I would have found the perfect mug. Still looking.....

2. Great product
Keeps the drinks hot and does not burn your hands when you are holding the mug. Heavy duty mug and cleans nicely.

Great Multi-Use Mug
Good quality,large,thick mug that seems to work for large coffees,hot chocolate or lattes. Once the mug is warmed - it holds the heat. Big handles. I like it.
